Yes. Voice Connect have developed a way for people to reply to your text messages without the message coming through to your mobile phone. Using their mobile, they just need to reply to your message which will then travel to our gateway where it can be delivered to an email address of your choice. So although you send a text message out from a computer, you will receive your reply as an email.

2.    Can I text a landline?

Yes you can! By setting up a second account you can send a message to a landline and it will be received as a spoken message.

3.    Am I charged for text messages that do not reach the client?

No. These will not come off your credit.

4.    What equipment do I need to install to allow me to send out text messages?

None. All that you require is an Internet connection.

5.    How do I pay – and do I need to take out a monthly subscription?

You just make a one-off payment £500 = £150 (+VAT) set-up fee and credit of £350 (+VAT). You then continue to use the system until you run out of credit. When you use 75% of your credit we will remind you that you need to ‘top it up’. However if you are sending out over 4000 messages a month you may wish to start with a higher credit total.

6.    How much does each message cost?

You pay 7 pence to send out each message.

7.   Can we view which messages have been received and how many were sent?

YES. You can view them all via your account on the website

8.   How do I know when my credit is running low?

You can also view this via your account on the website and we will automatically send you a new invoice when your account reaches 25% credit so your account doesn’t fall short.
